Q: How do these inflatables work?
A: All Bounce Houses, Bouncers, Moonwalks, Water Slides, Obstacle Courses, etc... depend on continuous airflow. That means that you will have a blower connected and running at all times to keep your unit inflated.

Q: What is the difference between a Residential & Commercial Units?
A: The end user typically dictates which unit you need. Commercial Units are designed with heavy use in mind. They are perfect for Party Rentals, Churches, Schools, Adults, etc... Residential Units are for kids only. Because of this, a lighter material is used.

Q: Can I over inflate?
A: Absolutely not. Every inflatable is made of breathable material to allow air to pass thru. Do not be alarmed with air flowing thru seams as well. Allowing the air to flow freely give the inflatable the bounce everyone is looking for.

Q: How long will my bouncer last?
A: All of the residential bounce products we carry come with a 30 day warranty against manufactures defects. If there is going to be a problem with the unit, it generally happens during the first use. All commercial bounce products come with a minimum of a 1 year warranty against manufactures defects. All of that being said, both residential and commercial units are intended to last a long time with proper care.

Q: Can bounce houses be used indoors?
A: Yes. It is important that you still anchor the unit. With all the bouncing around, the unit is likely to move.

Q: How many people can use a Bounce House at one time?
A: Each unit is different so you will need to refer to your owners manual. Each one of our product pages informs you of that specific products specifications.

Q: Can I use my water slide without water?
A: Absolutely. Both residential and commercial water slides can be used as land slides as well.
